Situated in one of the city's most prestigious neighborhoods, the villa reinterprets the charm of these rich cultural styles through intricate details and an emphasis on harmonious proportions. The exterior showcases clean, contemporary lines softened by natural materials and subtle references to traditional Tunisian arches and patterns, creating a warm and inviting presence that complements the surrounding landscape. Expansive glass windows and courtyards emphasise on light and openness, seamlessly merging indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Inside, every detail has been meticulously crafted, from custom furnishings to high-end finishes that reflect both sophistication and cultural heritage. A standout feature of the villa is a stunning glass calligraphy installation created by the worldrenowned artist Nja Mahdaoui. This masterpiece serves as a partition for the ground floor office, blending art and architecture in a way that celebrates Tunisian identity.
